Want to snag a little peace of mind as you head into the madness of back-to-school? Tired of take-out and grabbing meals on the fly all summer?BORED with all your usual meals?
This Freezer Meal Workshop is for you!
Arrive at 12:30pm and walk out less than two hours later with 5 entrees ready to go!
I will do all the shopping and the pre-prep and you will come and socialize while you prep five delicious, ready-to-cook family-sized entrees (servings for four to six adults) to be taken home to your fridge or freezer and cooked at your convenience. You will even get some real Tupperware to take your meals home in! Pre-Registration is required.

Cream Cheese, Bacon, Cheddar Chicken
Quick Skillet Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Lemon Basil Pork Chops
Tandoori Chicken Skewers
Buffalo Turkey Sloppy Joes
Registration deadline midnight Aug 24, 2025. Registration rate of $179 includes the groceries, Tupperware for transport and freezing, recipes and taxes. Bring a reusable grocery bag to haul all your delicious food home!
Register with 2 or more friends and you each attend for $169!

Workshop will be held at 340 12th Ave Unit E. Please note that stairs are required to access the workshop space.
YES all of these recipes are easily split up to serve 1 or 2 people at a time too!
