This is a free, annual event for seniors in our community, held each summer. The event is a great opportunity for adults 55 and over to visit with old and new friends and participate in activities. 📅Friday, August 29

📍Riverside Park, East End
The Kamloops Rube Band and Gary Mockford will provide musical entertainment, setting the perfect backdrop for a picnic-style hot dog lunch served by the Kamloops Paddlewheelers Lions Club.
In addition to entertainment, the event offers gentle fitness exercises with chair yoga and chair Zumba as well as lawn games.
