Join Adelante Healthcare for our 12th annual Back to School Jungle Jam! Get ready to kick off the school year with a wild and fun event for the whole family.

What to expect:

FREE BACKPACKS & SCHOOL SUPPLIES:

For students grades k-12
Limited to the first 400 participants (first come, first serve)
Child/student must be present to receive supplies

Plus free health screenings for parents, community resources, snacks, prizes, and MORE!
