Join the City of Mesa's Bicycle and Pedestrian Program at a Helmet Distribution Pop-up for Back to School. We will be handing out free helmets and fit guides while supplies last.
*A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a waiver for children under 18 and the person receiving a helmet must be present at the event.
