Through empowering yoga poses, positive affirmations, and mindful tools, kids (ages 7–12) will ease back-to-school jitters, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. A fun, uplifting way to welcome a new school year with confidence and joy! Parents are welcome to drop off ( run errands) or stay at watch! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to get settled. No equipment needed.
