🌟 Back to School Community Drive - August 13 at Sweetwater Woman’s Club 10 am to 2 pm).
Sweetwater Woman’s Club is collaborating with eight high schools in Sweetwater Union High School District to help launch their resource closets! 🎒✨ These closets will provide students with essential supplies, from school materials to personal care items, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. More importantly, these closets are staffed with grant money from the state to have direct interaction with students in an informal setting. Whether it’s lack of food, clean clothes, or mental health support, staff will be able to address the problems right away.
Sweetwater Woman’s Club donated $3,000 to this project. We will also be doing a Community Back To School Drive on August 13 at the Clubhouse!
