Embodied Motherhood is a 6-week strength and wellness series designed to help rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, reduce pain, regulate your nervous system, and return to movement with confidence and a deep embodied connection.
Over six weeks we’ll explore:
Week 1 | Breath – Learn how your breath influences your nervous system, core, pelvic floor, posture, and movement while creating the foundation for lasting strength.
Week 2 | Foundational Strength – Build confidence through safe, functional movement patterns that support motherhood and everyday life.
Week 3 | Core – Reconnect with your deep core to improve stability, reduce back pain, support diastasis recti, and move with greater ease.
Week 4 | Pelvic Floor – Learn practical tools to support leaking, prolapse, pelvic pain, pressure management, and pelvic floor function.
Week 5 | Glutes – Strengthen your glutes and posterior chain to improve stability, support your core and pelvic floor, and reduce hip and low back pain.
Week 6 | Embodiment – Integrate everything you’ve learned through movement, reflection, breath, and community as you reconnect with your body and cultivate lasting self-trust.
Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, years into motherhood, or simply ready to reconnect with your body, this series will help you build strength from the inside out.
