🩷BODY BLITZ🩷
After the summer holidays we will go back to school, back to Body Blitz🙌🏻
Body Blitz is a great all over body workout. 20 mins of fun based cardio to burn those calories followed by a fun filled 20 min body weight circuit to tone your arms, legs and abs.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Aged 16+ years.
6.30-7.15pm at Highcliffe St Marks Primary School for 6 weeks starting Wednesday 10th September 2025.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL £36 per person if booked before 1st August 2025.
(Prices are due to increase thereafter due to increase in venue hire).
