Join Me for a Charity Fitness-Athon!
In September 2025 I’ll be celebrating 20 years in the fitness and wellbeing industry (from Rosemary Conley and SlimFit classes in Wokingham, Berkshire to Anode Fitness in Christchurch, Dorset) with a fun-filled afternoon of low-impact, joint-friendly workouts set to an uplifting playlist, whilst raising funds for our local RNLI.
Since way back in 2005, I’ve been teaching face-to-face fitness classes. The energy, the laughter, the shared glow — it’s been my world for 2 decades.

Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking for ‘kitchen disco’ time, there'll be something for everyone.
Date: 20th September, 1.15 to 3.15pm (registration from 12.45)
Location: Twynham School, Sopers Lane, Christchurch BH23 1JF (on-site parking)
£20 per ticket
Over 18s only
All profits will go to the local RNLI at Mudeford, helping to save lives at sea. �
