I’m so delighted to introduce this talk with my fantastic friend (and personal health advisor!) nutritionist & iridologist Tim Browne.
Tim has over 40 years of experience in the field and his knowledge and insight into all things health and nutrition is endless. His talks are quickly becoming quite legendary in our local area as he has such a colourful and entertaining way of explaining things.
Tim is definitely on a mission to improve the health of as many people as he possibly can in as short a time as possible!!
This talk will be an in-person event on Sunday 5th October at Garryduff Sports Centre from 2-4pm (but keep your eyes peeled for an online event in the near future!)
On the day Tim will be discussing the best ways to protect and support your immune system as we move into the winter months.
In particular he will be explaining how your gut microbiome impacts your brain health, hormone health and your immune system in general.
You will come away with lots of solid guidance from this talk and some very practical solutions to suit your personal health needs. Handouts will be provided and there will be time for questions and answers at the end.
