Sun Country offers a specialized tumbling clinic dedicated to these skills—perfect for athletes just beginning their journey or those looking to add the final touches to their technique. Our experienced coaches guide students through targeted drills that build the strength, confidence, and muscle memory needed for clean, powerful back handsprings and tucks.BHTBC ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
• Foundational tumbling stations such as handstands, rolls, cartwheels, and bridges
• Trampoline and tumble track rotations
• Conditioning and flexibility training
• Standing back handsprings and back tucks
