About: A “risk-rich” environment allows kids experiences to build physical coordination and improve cognitive and social-emotional skills linked to self-regulation, judgment, and confidence. Extended time outdoors in an unstructured environment is known to improve focus, reduce stress, and increase mental health. Join us to learn more about allowing risk while limiting hazards and discuss obstacles that make it hard to support risky play.
