Come join us at Jamfit Energy Studio - Unit 8, Building A for a relaxing and fun session of yoga specially designed for you and your little one. Our experienced instructors will guide you through gentle poses that promote bonding, flexibility, and relaxation for both you and your baby.
Baby Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your child in a calming environment while also reaping the benefits of yoga for yourself. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just bring a mat, some comfy clothes, and of course, your precious little one!
