👶 Baby Yoga with Janine – Fun & Laid-Back Classes for Every Body 👶

Come and enjoy fun, relaxed baby yoga sessions designed to support both you and your baby. These classes are gentle, playful, and laid-back — giving you a chance to stretch, move, and connect with your little one in a welcoming space.

As well as being the minister at St Marks I’ve been teaching yoga for over 20 years, with a background in pregnancy yoga and birth support as a doula. Baby yoga is a natural continuation of that journey — supporting recovery after birth while encouraging your baby’s development through movement, touch, and bonding. It is fun and a great way to meet other new parents

In these classes, you can expect:

✨ Gentle stretches for parents and babies

✨ Relaxation and calming practices to share together

✨ Songs, play, and movement to support your baby’s growth

✨ A supportive space where every body is welcome

No experience of yoga is needed — just come as you are, with your baby and whatever kind of day you’re having.

Classes are free so that everyone can join. If you’re able to, donations are warmly welcomed to help keep these sessions running.
