About this Event
Join Mary’s Center and Help Me Grow DC for a free bilingual (English/Spanish) Safe Sleep & Car Seat Safety Class for parents and caregivers of infants. Learn how to set up a safe sleep space, how to use a car seat correctly, and get the support you need for your baby’s safety.
Please note: Only DC residents who are 34+ weeks pregnant or have a child 0–12 months are eligible to attend. Choose the date and location closest to the due date!

Aprenda a crear un espacio de sueño seguro, a usar el car seat correctamente y a recibir información útil para la seguridad de su bebé.

- Partners and family members helping with baby care
- Families from Wards 7 & 8 are especially encouraged, but all DC residents are welcome
