2. Relaxation this will help calm your baby reducing fussiness and stress.
3. Better sleep patterns.
4. Pain from teething and congestion.
Reflexology also enhances bonding and strenghtens the parent-baby connection through soothing touch.
The classes will be very relaxed and supportive. Having worked in maternity services for over 20 years and being a mum of five, I hope I can offer some helpful advice to others. �
