Join us for Baby & Me Yoga, a gentle program that involves slow movements and stretches, designed to promote bonding, relaxation, and physical development. Designed for babies age 3 months to pre-walkers.Program takes place on the first and third Tuesday of the month.
Stay for our Stay and Play afterwards to socialize with other caregivers.
The program will take place on our storytime carpet.
Free. Registration is required due to space limitations.
