Sound Healing, Reiki & Breathwork — San Jose

Join us for an intimate evening of sound healing, Reiki, and guided breathwork held in a private home sanctuary in San Jose.

This experience is designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic realignment through the combined power of breath, vibration, and subtle energy work.

The evening will weave together conscious breathwork, immersive sound healing, and Reiki energy support. As the breath opens the body, sound and Reiki help integrate the experience — calming the nervous system, clearing energetic stagnation, and inviting reconnection with self.

This is a gentle yet powerful container for:
• releasing held tension
• reconnecting with the body and breath
• emotional clearing and renewal
• grounding and nervous system regulation
• resting in sound and community

No prior experience with breathwork, Reiki, or meditation is needed.

Participants will be guided throughout the evening, with time for arrival, the journey itself, and gentle integration at the close.

This gathering is facilitated by Virpal Kaur of Rising Lotus Reiki, with guest breathwork facilitator Dharma guiding the breathwork portion of the evening.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket or layers, pillow, water and eye cover to allow yourself to be immersed in deep relaxation.

• Street parking only — please do not park in the driveway or block neighboring driveways.
• Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before start time.

Practitioner Bios:

Virpal Kaur is a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage and founder of Rising Lotus Reiki. Rooted in the Sikh tradition and ancestral healing pathways, she guides individuals back to themselves through sound, energy work, and community-based ritual.

Her offerings include Reiki sessions, sound healing journeys, trainings, women’s circles, ceremonies, and retreats — all designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with inner truth.

Virpal weaves mantra, vibration, and lineage-based wisdom into her facilitation, holding grounded, heart-centered spaces where participants can rest, realign, and receive.
