B2B EVENT: Junior Non-Commission Member Training Accommodation Facility
About this Event
Local contractors, suppliers, and businesses are invited to explore opportunities to contribute to the construction of the new Junior Non-Commission Member Training Accommodation Facility. Join EllisDon Corporation, the Construction Manager for a business to business (B2B) event to learn how you can get involved.
The project includes the construction of two buildings:
- Accommodation Tower: A residential building with 478 single-occupancy bedrooms, along with a coffee shop, storage areas and supporting auxiliary spaces.
- Pavilion Building: A multi-purpose facility featuring an industrial kitchen and dining area, Junior Non-Commissioned Members’ mess, flexible training and breakout spaces, administrative offices, and supporting auxiliary functions.
- All new facilities will be designed to achieve Green Building Certification (GBC) and meet Net Zero Carbon standards, supporting climate-resilient operations in alignment with Green Globe Standards.
Future scope includes the demolition of existing Naden 34 (Nelle’s Block) building and retrofit of adjacent impacted buildings and facilities.
