B-Sync, Magnetic Soul, and Seismic Sound team up to bring the Dark Solider himself, Ray Keith to Hong Kong as part of his 2026 Australia and Asia tour.From his roots in rare-groove and acid-house to defining the jungle and drum ‘n’ bass movement, Ray Keith has remained a steady titan of the UK breakbeat scene for decades.
He founded Dread Recordings in 1994 to provide a home for his signature sound: a combination of "bass-heavy yet soulful" production. Under various aliases, including Dark Soldier, Renegade, and Terrorist, he released some of the most influential tracks in electronic music history.
For over 30 years, Dread has remained at the forefront of the scene, nurturing legends such as Photek, Shy FX, and Dillinja, as well as contemporary stars like Serum and Bladerunner.
Ray Keith's influence was cemented through his 19-year tenure at Black Market Records in London’s Soho. Working alongside co-founder Nicky Blackmarket, he turned the shop’s basement into the global epicenter of jungle and drum and bass.
Whether it’s his legendary production on the jump-up anthem "Terrorist" or his work leading the iconic Dread Recordings, Ray’s influence is unmatched.
