Through heat, light, and intention, we’ll awaken the inner fire, supporting digestion not only of food, but of emotions, experiences, and personal growth.
Craft your own herbal candle with intentions for transformation, clarity, and strengthening your focused inner will.

3rd Class: WATER
In this Water-focused class, we’ll attune to the grounding yet flowing energy of Kapha—steady, receptive, and deeply emotional. Through this element, we explore how to soften stagnation, invite movement, and allow feelings to flow like water through the body and spirit.
Craft your own sacred herbal tea designed for emotional release, fluidity, and inner cleansing. Herbs from Nicole’s food forest.
This is a space to soften, surrender, and return to your natural rhythm of flow.

4th Class: EARTH
In this Earth-focused class, we’ll align with the steady, nurturing energy of Kapha—stable, grounded, and deeply supportive—and journey into the element of Earth shamanically. Through breath, stillness, and embodied awareness, you’ll soften into the body, release excess heaviness, and reconnect with a sense of inner stability and safety.
Experience grounding pranayama and earth-based meditation, a deeply nourishing guided shamanic journey with sound and stillness.
We will craft an herbal & salt grounding pouch which can be used as a mineral bath blend for protection, stability, and deep grounding in the body.

5th Class: SPACE
In this Space-focused class, we’ll align with the subtle, expansive energy of Akasha—the element that holds all things, the field of consciousness, intuition, and inner knowing. Through stillness, breath, and deep presence, you’ll soften into silence, open inner awareness, and reconnect with the spaciousness within and around you.
Experience gentle pranayama, a guided shamanic journey with sound and vibration, and deep meditative rest to attune to subtle awareness and spiritual clarity.
We will craft an intention spell jar for clarity, intuition, and holding sacred space for consciousness, spirit, and inner guidance.
