Ayurvedic Herbalism Workshop

Join us for a hands-on, immersive exploration of Ayurvedic herbalism with practitioner Jenny Griffith. In this two-hour workshop, we’ll step into the foundations of Ayurveda—an ancient, holistic system of wellness that invites us to cultivate balance through relationship with plants, food, and daily ritual.

Together, we’ll explore how Ayurvedic principles can guide the way you work with herbs in your everyday life. Back in the workshop space, Jenny will introduce approachable techniques for selecting and using herbs with intention. You’ll engage in hands-on exercises designed to connect theory with practice, learning how to observe, taste, and apply herbal wisdom in ways that feel grounded and sustainable.
