Sacred Sound Ancestral Healing Journey

Karen Cadiero-Kaplan will lead a sound healing focused on bringing forth messages from your own soul, to healed guides and/or ancestors. Messages can be in form of color, sound, words, images or energetic knowing . By playing drums, harp and the crystal bowls participants will enter a deep state of relaxation and release. Time will be given at the end for journaling and/or drawing to process the received messages. Paper and writing/drawing utensils will be provided but feel free to bring your personal journal.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled into the space so we can begin on time.

Sacred Sound of the Soul has a handful of props for use but we encourage you to bring your own. Here is a list of common items people bring to a sound bath:

• Yoga mat and blanket
• 2 Pillows or bolsters to prop head and knees
• Sleeping mask or light scarf to lay over your eyes
• Comfortable clothing
