Discover Ayurveda: The wisdom of living in balance

Have you ever wondered what your body is trying to tell you?

Join CYAN in a workshop by Simmi Latulippe for an introduction to Ayurveda, often called the Science of Life. This is a 5,000-year-old healing tradition from India that teaches us how to live in harmony with our unique constitution, the rhythms of nature and the changing seasons of life.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to health, Ayurveda recognizes that each of us is unique. Our digestion, energy, sleep, emotions and hormonal health all offer clues about what our bodies need to thrive.

What will you learn?

  • Understand your unique mind-body constitution, known as your dosha.
  • Explore Ayurvedic approaches to supporting digestion, balancing energy, and nourishing your nervous system.
  • Learn to recognize early signs of imbalance before they become more disruptive.
  • Discover simple daily rituals that support vitality and overall well-being.

"Listen to the whispers of your body before your body has to scream."

Your body is constantly communicating with you. Ayurveda offers a way to better understand its language, recognize what it needs, and bring more balance into your everyday life.

Whether you're completely new to Ayurveda or looking to deepen your understanding, this session is an opportunity to explore the wisdom of this ancient tradition and discover how its principles can be applied to modern life.

Are you ready to discover your unique constitution and learn what your body needs to thrive? 🌿
