The Art and Science of Life in Balance
We run this regular workshop to introduce Ayurveda to the masses. The principles of Ayurveda has been in practice all over the world for millennia, the knowledge of life and how it is to live according to the laws of the universe is an innate wisdom that we all have.
This workshop aims to:
1. Rediscover the nature of our physiology to understand how we can work with it not against it.
2. Reconnect with the innate wisdom within us, so that we can become clear and free from the confusion of modern life.
3. Reintegrate the natural principles of life in our daily living, so that we can maintain health and wellness throughout the cycle of life.
In this workshop we will learn how food and activities of daily life affect our body and influence healing.
Learn methods to cope with everyday stresses that works best for our individual constitution.
Understand the fundamental principles of food, food preparation, and food consumption.
