King of the Hill NEW AOS
WARHAMMER ABERDEEN spearhead EVENT

We have the date folks and new AOS is here folks and on Saturday the 13th of June - all the new warscrolls for all the new ways to play will be available and it’s time to get stuck into some games!! It’s been a long time coming but the new edition is finally here and it’s time to get our teeth stuck into learning to play, and what better way than to all do that together!
What is King of the Hill
This event is for both those who are new to Warhammer Age of Sigmar and those who are already familiar with the game. The new edition of Warhammer Age of Sigmar will be in full swing by launch day and it’s time we all started learning how to play. To help do that we have our King of the Hill: Spearhead event. This event is designed for players of all ages and abilities to come along and try out the new game with their newly built – and hopefully painted – Spearhead or Vanguard sets!
What will I need
To take part in this event is simple, all you will need is your Built and hopefully painted Spearhead or Vanguard set from one of the many available to the many armies of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. You will also need to download your Spearhead Warscroll Cards for your relevant Spearhead and will need access to a copy of the core rules for Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Ideally in addition to this you will have access to the Spearhead Scenarios to help organise your games but never fear we will have these in store if needed.
Games will be played using your Spearheads all day and the player with the best win/loss ratio at the end of the event will be crowned King of the Hill New AOS 2024.
Additionally on the day we will be running sessions on how to play New AOS, so if you would like to try it out first with your Spearhead or Vanguard set we can get you booked in for a game and take you through how the new rules work. You will still need your Spearhead along with Warscrolls and Core Rules to learn how to play.
