This may help with your adaptibility to seasons, health changes, digestion, skin, allergies, sleep and regenereative energy level in this basic introduction to a holistic & creative lifestyle. This is your chance to ask questions about yours consititution, leaving empowered & inspired, while you eat a delicious, conscious, organic meal.
