Women in Travel Across the Generations

Join us for a special afternoon tea as we bring together three generations of women in travel to explore how far we've come, what matters now, and what the future could look like.

We'll hear from Barbro McAusland, who joined AWTE in 1973 and has witnessed first-hand the remarkable changes experienced by women in travel over more than five decades. Known for her humour, honesty and wonderful storytelling, Barbro will share her reflections on the industry then and now.

AWTE Chair Debbie O'Neill will reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing women today, and why supporting women professionally and personally has never been more important.

They will be joined by Ella Dunham from Exsus Travel, a member of TTG's 30 Under 30 and an AWTE Board Director, who is passionate about championing the next generation of women in travel and helping to ensure AWTE remains relevant, inclusive and inspiring for those coming behind us.
