Celebrate the season with the Australian Wine Society for an evening of exceptional regional pours and a seasonal three-course harvest feast.

• Grilled Flat Iron Steak: Speck roesti, Brussels sprouts with pancetta, grilled peppers, green peppercorn cream sauce
• Pan-Seared Branzino & Scallops: Sweet pea risotto, charred heirloom tomatoes, grilled zucchini
• Featured Pairings: Thorn-Clarke Sandpiper Shiraz 2017, Polish Hill River Riesling 2022, or Gapstead Wines Valley Selection Riesling

Dessert

Choice of:

• Toffee Apple Cheesecake: Fresh whipped cream, seasonal macerated berries
• Cappuccino Dacquoise: Hazelnut meringue, coffee buttercream, rich chocolate ganache, fresh strawberry compote
