This summer, Art Walk Edmonds is taking art to the streets with a new series of guided mural tours! Beginning in June, explore the stories, history, wildlife, and creativity woven into Edmonds’ vibrant public art scene.
Each monthly tour highlights a different theme — from Edmonds’ rich history and maritime heritage to the evolving art of mural design itself — with visits to some of downtown’s most colorful and beloved murals.
This month the tour will visit 11 murals that illustrate the history of Edmonds from its beginnings as a temporary fishing camp of the Salish Sea tribes to the present day. The tour will travel down Main St to Second Ave returning up the hill to 550 Main St.
Tours begin at 5:30pm in the courtyard at 550 Main Street.
