Rooted in the tradition of Vipassana, this meditation invites a simple awareness of breath, body, and sensation. Rather than seeking stillness, the approach is to allow the body and mind to soften, so that awareness can arise on its own. As effort falls away, a deeper sensitivity to the present moment begins to unfold, bringing clarity, ease, and a quiet steadiness.
The practice then settles into stillness. Immersed in sound, the body rests, and what has been accumulated gently unwinds. A natural sense of calm emerges, allowing the system to soften into a more spacious and peaceful state.
