Join The Aware Project and Kindra Connection for an enlightening gathering at One Spirit Wellness in San Diego, CA!

Each Month we offer an immersive & experiential circle that allows for deeper integration of what emerges from plant medicine work. Each circle has a curated theme that guides the community through a rapid, deep, and lasting transformational process over the span of two hours. Whether you're a curious beginner or an experienced psychonaut, this in-person event is a safe, supportive, and sacred space for raw vulnerability that fosters deeper connection, dialogue, and community.

This Month’s Theme: FROM CLOSED TO OPEN HEART

Those who walk into circle, do so with intent to root and weave the teachings of their medicine journeys. Those who walk out of circle, do so with a deeper connection, a tribe, a belonging.

About Your Facilitator Kindra Kuntz is a therapist and creator of Kindred Connection- founded on the belief that connection is at the root of all healing.

Kindra’s approach to working with the human experience is a collaborative and holistic process using a trauma-aware and nervous system regulation framework to help us get in touch with the here and now. Mindfulness, somatic work, expression, and psychoeducation are interwoven with the intention of creating nourishment, connection, and secure attachment.

Kindra has a background working with addiction recovery, veterans, and has been running groups going on five years.

Now in private practice, she offers individual therapy, preparation and integration support, fundamental mindfulness and nervous system regulation, addiction recovery and grief support, empowerment courses, and more!
