Lama Lakshey Zangpo Rinpoche will teach the philosophy and physical exercises of Tsa Lung from the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Tsa Lung is a Tantric Buddhist yoga that releases psychosomatic karmic patterns and allows us to experience inner awakening.

Our body and mind are completely connected and mutually influence each other. Emotions can often be stuck in the form of an energetic blockage in our subtle body, which in turn can contribute to mental suffering and illness. Tsa Lung yoga releases these habitual patterns by working with the subtle and physical channels and prana or vital energy. This frees us to experience inner awakening, healing, and spiritual transformation.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: You may request a refund through Eventbrite until December 4th 2025. Thereafter, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; in this situation, please contact [email protected]. Please note that the Eventbrite processing fees are not refundable.

Full registration for the one-day retreat is $65. We do offer a sliding scale. We ask that you consider your current financial status and pay what you can afford. Please email us at [email protected] for more information on how to pay via sliding scale.

Additional important Information:

Please allow enough time to arrive before 10AM as the retreat will begin promptly.

We ask that you make a commitment to participate in the full retreat from beginning to end. There are a couple of reasons why this is important.

A retreat can have many twists and turns, with various experiences: some joyful, some difficult, some pleasant, some unpleasant, depending on our own inner process. However, the retreat is a process of transformation. So everyone is asked to make a sacred commitment to stay for the whole retreat, even when it is difficult, trusting in this process.

Once a retreat begins, a sacred container is formed, made up of each person's good intentions to be fully present. Leaving the retreat before it is complete energetically breaks that sacred container for others. Our mutual presence supports each other.
