AWAKENING THE SACRED HEART — Blue Lotus Tantric Meditation & CeremonyThe Awakening Sacred Heart Meditation is extracted from the precious Tantra treatise Vigyana Bhairava Tantra, written about 7000 years ago in India.
Devi asks Shiva:
O Shiva, what is your reality?
What is this wonder-filled universe?
What constitutes seed?
Who centers the universal wheel?
What is this life beyond form pervading forms?
How may we enter it fully, above space and time,
names and descriptions?
Let my doubts be cleared!
Shiva’s 16th sutra answer adds up to all 112 meditations:
“Blessed one,
as senses are absorbed in the heart,
reach the center of the lotus.”
This is the meditation we enter together.
The Blue Lotus becomes our bridge — a gentle, ancient ally of the heart — guiding us from the mind into embodied sensation… from separation into intimacy… from seeing the world through thought into experiencing life through presence.
This ceremony is a deep tantric meditation — a heart-centered ritual where the senses open like petals of a lotus and slowly dissolve into the heart… until stillness reveals the center inside.

What This Ceremony Invites You Into
In the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra method —
the heart is the lotus, and the senses are its petals.
Most of the time, our senses are connected to the mind —
we look and label, we smell and evaluate, we feel and interpret.
In this meditation, awareness shifts from the head into the heart —
so the senses are no longer analyzing… they are melting.

The petals open one by one until every sensation is absorbed into the heart’s center.
