Join our  3 week Heart Opening and Healing Circle to cultivate a more open, compassionate, and resilient heart. This transformative circle blends gentle wisdom with practical tools, guiding you toward emotional freedom and inner peace.

Each session will include:

• Guided Heart Healing Meditation: Experience profound relaxation and energetic clearing through a powerful meditation incorporating Reiki and Heart Healing focused on your heart.  This guided journey will help release energetic blocks and facilitate a deeper connection to your authentic self.
• Daily Practice Instruction: Learn actionable strategies and daily practices to integrate heart-opening principles into your everyday life. We will explore practical approaches to navigating challenging emotions such as:
• • Forgiveness: Cultivate practices to release resentment and embrace the liberating power of forgiveness, both for yourself and others.
  • Grief: Develop gentle techniques to process grief with compassion, allowing healing and acceptance to unfold.
  • Anger: Learn mindful ways to acknowledge and transmute anger into constructive energy, preventing it from hardening your heart.

Leave each circle with renewed energy, a sense of community, and concrete tips to continue your heart-opening journey long after the session ends. No prior experience with meditation or energy healing is required.

Each week we will focus on a different topic.  You can join every class or drop into the one that calls to you.
