About this Event
Balance and Harvest honours the autumn equinox—the moment of equal light and dark. The evening begins with ceremonial cacao, followed by a grounding meditation and breath sequence led by Blythe. She transitions into bowls and soft vocal layers as the sound bath begins. During the sound bath, you’ll shape red clay into a grounding sculptural form rounded, weighted, or symbolically balanced. The clay’s natural tone supports the themes of transition, gathering, and settling into the season.
