Awaken the Light & Stillness Within: Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey

In this immersive 3-hour workshop, you’ll experience the transformative power of sound healing, breathwork, and meditation. Led by author and meditation teacher Matteo Pistono and sound healer Michelle Anise, this session will guide you to cultivate stillness and serenity amidst life’s constant movement.

As the world spins around us, this workshop equips you with yogic tools to become the vibrant still point at its center. The workshop’s arc will be both practical and deeply experiential so that you learn how to:

• Regulate your nervous system with your breath
• Prepare your body and mind for restful sleep
• Discover the ever-present NOW that is always flowing

In the second half of the workshop, you’ll integrate these tools through a transformational, live music breathwork session accompanied by a sound bath of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, therapy harp, and flute. As you release stress and anxiety, you’ll connect deeply with the essence at the center of your being and uncover profound healing from within.

Bios:

Matteo Pistono, writer and teacher of meditation and conscious breathing, embarked on his spiritual journey over 30 years ago while living in Nepal and Tibet. Matteo holds a Masters degree in Indian Philosophy from the University of London. Informed by his study of Buddhism, Vedanta, and Hatha Yoga, extensive periods of solitary meditation, and pilgrimages across sacred Himalayan landscapes, Matteo offers an engaged approach to ancient wisdom traditions.
