Awaken The Breath

Each month, guests are invited to Awaken the Breath with Kira Mae Kazuko, a signature breathwork class designed to calm the mind, energize the body, and bring you into a clear, meditative state within minutes.

This month's session takes place at Tala Beach, surrounded by the ocean breeze and natural elements that support presence and ease. Kira will guide you through accessible breathing techniques suitable for all levels — whether you’re brand new to breathwork or deepening your practice. You’ll learn how to work with your breath to regulate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect to your own inner steadiness.

Afterward, guests are invited to unwind at Tala Beach with a complimentary mocktail and live DJ.
