As the Earth awakens from winter’s slumber, so too does our spirit. Join us for a powerful Spring Equinox Ecstatic Dance, a sacred movement journey in collaboration with the incredible Aurelio Diaz of La Luna.

The Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance—equal light and dark—a time of renewal, rebirth, and possibility. Through the medicine of music, movement, and voice, we’ll honor this shift, shedding what no longer serves and stepping into fresh energy.

What to Expect:
✨ A guided opening meditation to set intentions for the season
✨ Vocal Activation & Chant to awaken our voices as instruments of transformation
✨ An ecstatic dance journey to move, release, and expand
✨ A closing integration circle to ground and embody the experience

Why Dance on the Equinox?
Ecstatic dance and vocal activation are powerful tools for embodiment and awakening. Movement allows us to release and expand, while using our voice in chant and toning activates inner alignment, energy flow, and deeper connection to self.
