As winter gives way to spring, this immersive mind–body workshop offers space to reconnect, reset, and begin again with intention.
Awaken & Align is a guided experience designed to help you attune to your body and the natural energy of the season. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and reflective practices, participants are invited to explore what’s ready to emerge — and what’s ready to be released — as we move into spring renewal.
This workshop emphasizes embodied awareness over effort, helping you step out of overthinking and into deeper connection with your inner guidance. Leaving you grounded, refreshed, and supported in setting intentions that feel sustainable and aligned.
You’ll leave with:
A sense of renewal, balance, and energetic ease
Clear, grounded intentions for the season ahead
Simple tools for ongoing self-care, including breath, movement, and reflection practices
No prior experience is necessary.
To make the most of our time together please dress comfortably for floor seating and bring with you a journal, pen and yoga mat if you have one. Mats to borrow are available on a first come first served basis. You’re invited to make yourself comfortable with props including blankets, bolsters, and blocks as well as water and tea — all available and complimentary in the studio.
Meet Laura
Our guest facilitator is a physician, certified breathwork facilitator, and health coach who brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to mind–body wellness. With advanced training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and Elemental Rhythm, her work blends breathwork, meditation, movement, and reflection to help people move out of their heads and reconnect with their bodies.
She specializes in supporting high-achieving, perfection-oriented individuals in cultivating greater internal balance, clarity, and ease — reminding participants that they are not problems to be fixed, but humans learning to come home to themselves.
