In each 2.5-hour workshop, you'll flow through a gentle outdoor yoga sequence (weather permitting), settle into a guided meditation, and engage in a hands-on art project to create a personal piece you can take home. It's a beautiful way to promote healing, find inner peace, and bring renewed energy into your daily life. ✨
