Young Adult Sangha

Every 4th Friday, 7 - 8:30 pm

Awake in the World is rooted in the questions and rhythms of early adulthood, while welcoming practitioners of all ages and experience levels.

Each evening includes sitting meditation, Dharma teaching and discussion, relational practice, and a closing circle, followed by informal time to connect over tea.

This group explores how the Dharma can support us in finding a wise and compassionate ground for engaging the challenges and possibilities of daily life, and in finding our own way in the world together.

The aspiration is to cultivate a warm-hearted and sincere sangha — a place to ask real questions and develop genuine community.

Join us every 4th Sunday of the month from 7-8:30pm with optional socializing afterwards. This sangha is led by various teachers.
