Relax, recharge, and reset for the week ahead with Summer Yoga on the Lake with Michele from Yoga Sweetness. Enjoy calming movement, mindful breathing, and the peaceful sounds of Lake Erie as your backdrop — the perfect way to nourish your body and mind.
✨ What to Expect:
Gentle, all-levels yoga focusing on relaxation, flexibility, and mental clarity. Great for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
