Start your Fridays with peaceful movement, fresh air, and stunning Lake Erie views. Join us for Sunrise Yoga with Michele from Sweet Focus Yoga, a gentle, all-levels class designed to help you stretch, breathe, and set a calm, positive tone for your day.
✨ What to Expect:
Gentle flows, mindful movement, and relaxing energy — perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
📅 Dates: Fridays, June 5 – September 24, 2026
(No class July 3 or September 4)
⏰ Time: 7:00 AM
⏳ Length: Approximately 1 hour
📍 Location: Veterans’ Memorial Park – 32756 Lake Road, Avon Lake
💲 Cost: FREE! Donations to support our volunteer instructors are appreciated.
🚗 Parking: Near the Lakehouse & Folger Home; overflow parking across Lake Road at the Old Firehouse Community Center.
🌦️ Weather Policy: Classes are canceled for rain or poor weather. Please check our Facebook page for updates.
