About this Event

AVOCADO #WorldChangers Awards 2026

An evening for the people and organisations making change happen.

Across our communities, remarkable work is happening every day.People are being supported. Opportunities are being created. Communities are becoming stronger. And much of that work is being led by small charities and non-profits whose impact reaches far beyond their size.

The AVOCADO #WorldChangers Awards exist to make sure that work is seen, recognised and celebrated.

Last year, In Your Corner was one of our #WorldChangers.

By combining non-contact boxing with clinical psychology, they have supported hundreds of young people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing - helping them manage stress, build confidence and move forward.

Their work earned them the 2025 Impact Award.

On 10 December, we'll celebrate the organisations joining our #WorldChangers in 2026.

Join us on the spectacular Ohana Floor at Salesforce Tower, London, alongside charities, community leaders, funders, businesses, partners and allies for an evening dedicated to recognising the people and organisations making a real difference.

Six awards. Six dimensions of resilience.

The 2026 #WorldChangers Resilience Awards will recognise organisations demonstrating strength across: Purpose • Awareness • Leadership • Strategic Alliances • Financial & Operational Fitness • Impact

But this is about more than presenting awards. It's about giving remarkable community-led work the recognition it deserves - and bringing the people behind that work together with others who can help their impact go further.

Come to celebrate. Leave knowing more about the organisations changing our communities.

VIP: Experience the other side of the table.

If you work in the charity sector, you'll know the usual funding conversation.

The charity makes the case.

Why this work?
Why this community?
Why this approach?
Why should you fund us?

At the Funders Reverse Den, we're turning that around.

This time, the funders make their case to you.

What do they offer beyond funding?

How do they work with the organisations they support?

What are they looking for in a relationship?

And why should a charity choose to work with them?

As a VIP guest, you'll hear directly from funders, have the opportunity to ask the questions that matter to you and decide for yourself who you might want to work with.

For once, you don't have to make the pitch. You get to hear it.The Funders Reverse Den is exclusive to VIP ticket holders and begins at 5.00pm, before the Awards.
