Autumn, is the time that we start to slow down again after the chaos and fun of the summer season. Join me in studio to do a lovely nourishing practice.. We’ll set intentions for the Autumn season, eat delicous cakes and drink some warm tea or cocoa (Shelley.. I won’t make you drink the tumeric latte again! hehe). We’ll head into the swimming pool area afterwards to have a swim and sauna together!!
