Autumn Yoga In The Park

This is an all-levels Hath flow that invites you to move the body, enjoy nature, and gather in community.
Bring a yoga mat, yoga props, water, blanket, or anything else that will support your practice. It's looking to be in the 60s. Dress for the weather!

The groups meets at the pond in the back of the park! You must drive, bike, or walk passed the kids jungle gym area. You'll see a bridge in the center of the pond. If you don't see a bridge then you are not at the correct pond location.
