About this Event

Hi everyone, my name is Andrea from @the.balance.times and I decided to create this event to share what makes me happy: yoga and nature.

Have you been longing to meet new people that share your interests, values and lifestyle? Are you new in Madrid and feel like meeting new people?

On this Sunday morning, we will practice Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and we can hang out afterwards for a bit. We'll meet at 10:15 at the door of the Crystal Palace.

We will carry out a 75 min yoga class 🧘🏽‍♀️with meditation in English. After that we will share a lovely time chatting and getting to know each other.

You'll only have to bring your mat :)
