Join us for a 3 hour restorative retreat to help sooth the nervous system, slow down and quiet the mind, as we move into autumn, in this calming and nuturing space.
Start the morning with some very slow, mindful, simple hatha yoga practice, with option to use a chair if preferred, pranayama, relaxation and meditation with Louise, followed by a short break.
Then enjoy an hour of luxury Gong Sound Bath with Mags. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs, koshi chimes, steel tongue drum and other restorative sounds. Let the sounds take you to a place of dreamy relaxation, meditation or restorative sleep. Awake feeling rejuvinated and relaxed.
No need to rush away, join us for a complimentary drink, cake and relaxed chat afterwards.
The cost is £40 per person for this 3 hour Autumn retreat.
