Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Sound Baths by Kojun for a restorative practice inspired by autumn's slower rhythm. As the days shorten and the hills turn to deep reds and golds, this 90-minute all-levels class invites you to move gently and breathe deeply. The resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gongs accompany you from movement through an extended Savasana.
